Fresh Baked is a doujinshi circle of two members, Tanchi and Barlee, who live in the United States and who also happen to like fresh baked sweets and pastries.

So, what the heck is a doujinshi!? It's basically a self-published comic book created by amateur artists, often based on existing series or properties. The purpose of doujinshi is to share fandoms with people who hold common interests. (Themes for doujin can include anime/manga series, video games, music groups, movies, books, and even completely original material.) Most importantly, at the heart of these fanbooks is for artists and fans to get together and create works to share with others. Because they are very labor intensive, doujins are often created by a group of two or more people, known as a circle. If all goes well, the final product is sold at conventions.

Our mission is to push doujinshi growth in the US, to flaunt our books at as many anime conventions as possible, and, of course, to share our crazy fandoms with YOU. Your support is what keeps us going, so we plan to improve and bring you fresher and hotter books with each new release! Hooray! =D
